KickBack Points was formed in 2000 by a group of business owners as a means to compete against larger, aggressive competitors. It was determined that through loyalty marketing, they would be able to recognize and reward their best consumers and protect their market share from attrition.
In this economy, the KickBack® Program has actually kept us going better than some of our competitors. We offer a loyalty program and people want something in return for their loyalty. I do much better than the store across the street.
How can you beat free money? Essentially, that’s what KickBack gives you. As a student, it doesn’t make sense not to do it or [not to] remain loyal to those that offer it.
To implement the program was relatively easy. Implementation involved activating the KickBack Points System on our point-of-sale, installing the point-of-purchase signage, training our employees, and from there we just started handing out cards.
